Soyle now offers shipping services all across Canada, ensuring that our products can reach you no matter where you are.

Delivery Times and Methods

For customers in Ontario and Quebec, we provide expedited shipping with delivery times of 1-3 days. Delivery times for other provinces are estimated and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. While we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility

All products, except sale and clearance items, are eligible for returns or exchange.

The products must be unused and in their original unopened manufacturer's packaging.

Invoice must be included with the return request.

Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened merchandise cannot be accepted unless the items are proven to have been shipped in error or damaged during shipping.

An exchange will be made for a product or a pre-tax bundle of products at least equal to the pre-tax price of the returned item.

Any and all gift cards are excluded from the Return and Refund Policy.

Return and exchange window

Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking expenses.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will credit your original form of payment.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Other delays, such as those caused by banks, are beyond our control.

The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the return shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.
